The real impact of RPA and Process Automation is not automation. The real impact is a lower cost process or a refocused organization. An automation platform doesn't create that. Your leaders at various levels create that by making changes in how your organization operates based on the automation.
To make this work, you need data and analytics to set targets, engage those leaders with data/analytics specific to their role, and track the impact. You also need to connect KPI's measuring automation etc. to KPI's on the organization size/cost/focus. In summary that's what CI does.
